£500 + VAT plus Court Fees if necessary (currently £40)

- Form A received or issued by you.
- Advice and assistance including preparation of Form E Financial Statement and disclosure advice, review of othersides Form E – assistance in preparing questionnaire, statement of issues, chronology etc for first appointment
- Advice and assistance thereafter if required and, if settlement achieved, drafting of Consent Order

General telephone advice following breakdown of marriage, relationship or civil partnership. Your rights and obligations etc

Advising and assisting in event of contact/residence dispute. Drafting letters, assisting with negotiations and advising throughout.
To include drafting proceedings if negotiations fail.

- Drafting application and statement in proceedings
- Reviewing and advising evidence of otherside and CAFCASS and other experts
- Instructing representation at Court if required (expert Counsel)
